Review:
Rural areas have undergone very important changes in recent years that may compromise the future of large areas. Many areas have been emptied creating true human deserts; at the other extreme, a few cities grow incessantly and life in them becomes increasingly difficult. However, many reasons, among which we could cite, those of a strategic nature, quality of life, better use of natural resources and the high associated cost that these population movements entail, advise a better distribution of economic activity in the country.
