Review:

This study is aimed at the evaluation of production costs of following crops: artichoke, endive, lettuce, pepper, onion, melon, tomato, early potato (as vegetable produces); apricot, peach, loquat and persimmon (as fruit crops). Data collection was carried out in locations from representative growing areas of the above crops, in the Levante region, including the provinces of Castellon, Valencia, Alicante and Murcia.
