A technical, budgetary description on the most commonly used sprinkle irrigation systems in the area of Monegros (Aragón. Spain): permanent set sprinkle, lateral machine, center pivot, hand-move sprinkle, drip irrigation and microsprinkle . The most advantageous irrigation systems is selected by applying methods of investment evaluation and the economical, financial revenue of private investment in those systems is calculated. The minimum viable size of a farm in this area also is estimated by cost accounting.
