Review:

This study deals firstly with the type o raw material and the quantity employed. Then, the different procedures of pulp production are examined and the conclusion drawn in that in case of this raw material, the semi-chemical one most adequate. As to the pulp concerned the following two procedures are separately examined: the neutral sulphite and the soda methods, which were used on the wood species of eucalyptus: GLOBULUS and CAMALDULENSIS.
However, the chemical composition of this wood and morphological composition of this wood and the morphological characteristic of its fibres are previously determined. both procedures for the pulp production are trated under two aspects: one hand, the characteristic properties of the produced pulp are found out, and on the other – in view of the different variations on the process – the results concerning the characteristics of this pulp are exposed in order to give the possibility to judge every individual case on the basis of the obtained results.
