For the rosin industry is important to obtain products as turpentine and rosin of physical and chemical constant characteristics. For that, we must know the chemical composition of resins obtained industrially in Spain and due to the modern analytical procedures is currently possible to obtain them with sufficient accuracy. In the present communication we analyze the composition of resins from Pinus pinaster, P. halepensis and P. laricio, which constitute 94%, 5.5% and 0.5% of the production of the resin industrially collected in Spain, respectively.
