The collection of data, own and foreign, was considerable, and by 1936 they were already in a position to make them known in successive works; but the war ruined the project. In the plan already outlined, the Albufera of Valencia occupied a preferential place; this lake located in the fertile and beautiful Valentina region which, by bringing together such varied and interesting characteristics, makes it stand out above all in the whole of the varied Spanish water network.
