Review:

The survival of the olive cultivation of the important industrial and commercial sector involved with it depends fundamentally on one issue: quality, and this should not be understood in an abstract sense, but must be objectified in its organoleptic, bromatological, sanitary and healthy aspects; the commitment to the quality and food safety of olive oil is the best investment for the future for this sector.
