Review:

In this work the adequate conditions to achieve the best development rates to blastocyst stage of embryos from 2 to 12 cells cocultured with oviduct epithelial cells monolayer, by evaluating the effect of monolayer age and the influence of previous freezing of oviduct cells used to establish monolayers. Also it studied incidence of developmental losses after thawing occasioned by prolonged exposure to culture, and efficiency of freezing process in early embryo stages, to determine if the best strategy would be to freeze embryos in early stages or would be to culture until blastocyst stage and froze in thereafter. Finally, since if sucrose concentration can be an influencing factor on viability of different stages of development due to the changes in embryo permeability during preimplantation development; it has been analyzed two sucrose concentrations in embryo cryosurvival
