This papers deals of the employment of some of the most important by-products of the lavender oil. It consists of two parts, viz, the bibliographic and the experimental. In the second, one are given the results the authoress has obtained in the laboratories of IFIE. There are also cited the processes employed for the linalol separation as well as those for the formation of the corresponding acetic ester.
