The human pressure on the Superfamily Apoidea (family Apidae except) has been studied in Salamanca (West Spain).The eclecticism of the nesting behavior and of the brood diet are major factors for the colonization of the urban environments. Anthophoridae and Andrenidae are the families the most affected by the urban pressure.
