Review:

The fungal contamination of the pome fruit preserved in a cold store can occur in the orchard or in the same fruit and vegetable center, in the latter the infectious process begins during the post-harvest treatment, during the selection chain or during conservation inside the cold store. In this, the possible routes of contamination start from the fungal inoculum preserved in the walls of the developed one on the packaging and of the one existing in the air. Works carried out during 1981.
