In this work we propose to present the results obtained in the analysis of 262 samples of forest soils, carried out during the years 1945 to 1950 and grouped as follows: 77 samples were collected by the author during the four study trips through the province of Valencia (years 1945 to 1948), in order to contribute on our part to the knowledge of some soils of the mountains indicated as of greatest interest by the Forestry Engineers of said province, to whom we express our gratitude for the facilities they gave us to our work.
