Review:

In the global analysis of a determined agricultural subsector at the level of the productive structure, or of some of its specific structural aspects, the prior delimitation of the so-called "large-crop areas" is often of great interest, an expression whose meaning is explained later, but that, in principle, we consider as spaces in which the production of a crop, or group of crops, is concentrated in the form of commercial agrarian speculation, usually, therefore, forming divided areas, in production units of size greater than a minimum threshold dimension, which can be set, as we will see, with different criteria.
