A set of subroutines written in Basic Fortran IV is presented for the resolution of positive-defined systems by the Square Root Method with iterative improvement of the solution. The results of its application to the inversion of the inverse of the Hilbert matrix of order 6 are included. These subroutines can be used directly on an IBM-1130 computer.
ESPAÑOL: Se presenta un conjunto de subrutinas escritas en Fortran IV Básico para la resolución de sistemas definido-positivo por el Método de la Raiz Cuadrada con mejoramiento iterativo de la solución. Se incluyen los resultados de su aplicación a la inversión de la inversa de la matriz de Hilbert de orden 6. Estas subrutinas son utilizables directamente en un ordenador IBM-1130.
