Review:

Biosafety correct daily practice in biosafety for High Containment Biological (NCB3) Facilities field allows giving continuity to a suitable design, making facilities to be advisable and profitable. This manual aims to be a guide of good practices complying with the requirements of national and international legislations. Therefore, it is focused on the study and knowledge of most of Biocontainment and Biosafety level 3 facilities in national territory where, among others, a similar factor was found that influenced in different ways in each of them. The impact was negative in most of them regarding to its rigor, facility conception, knowledge of biosafety and risk assessment: implementation of biosafety measures. On this basis, the procedures presented are based on experimental evidence carried out for 20 years in the INIA Animal Health Research Center and also as a result of the assessments and audits carried out on more than 100 biological containment level 3 facilities inside and outside the Spanish national territory, which should be applied by biosafety officials, scientists and technicians. As a support for the different procedures, safety records are attached to provide enough and specific information to every procedure to apply protective measures for personal use
