Review:

With this applied research work it has been tried to establish which are the most relevant factors that influence the economic development of extensive irrigation in Spain. A static econometric model has been developed that has been contrasted with reality, by collecting data in numerous irrigated areas, reaching the quantification of the model parameters and the estimation, according to the beta coefficient, of the influence of each factor in the process of economic development of irrigation.
